1. What documents do I need to book a ride?
We only need your name, contact number, and trip details. For premium bookings or long-distance travel, we may request a valid photo ID to verify the reservation.
2. Is insurance included in the ride cost?
Yes. All of our vehicles and chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured, and this coverage is included in your fare. No separate insurance fees are charged.
3. Are there any hidden fees?
None. We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing. Any optional services (wait time, decor, multiple stops) will be clearly explained during booking.
4. What happens if I'm late or my flight is delayed?
We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, wait time charges may apply. If your flight is delayed, we monitor arrivals and adjust pickup accordingly.
5. Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. When booking, you can request a vehicle (such as our 2024 Range Rover Velar, Ford Expedition, or BMW 535i) and we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.
6. How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Simply call or message us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a partial charge depending on the time and type of service.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your ride.
8. Can I eat, drink, or smoke in the vehicle?
Light snacks and non-messy drinks are allowed. Alcohol is permitted for guests over 21, provided it’s pre-approved during booking. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
9. Do you provide special services for weddings and events?
Absolutely. We specialize in weddings, proms, airport transfers, corporate events, and more. Decorations, red carpet, or other custom touches can be added upon request.
10. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend events or large group bookings. Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability.
11. Can I split the fare with friends?
Yes, you’re welcome to split the fare. Just let us know during booking, and we’ll provide multiple payment links or options.
12. Do you allow pets in the vehicle?
Pets are allowed in designated vehicles with prior approval. Please mention it during booking so we can prepare accordingly.
13. Do you offer round trips or multi-stop bookings?
Yes, we offer round-trip bookings and flexible multi-stop options. Just share your full itinerary during the reservation process.
